Customer Service Representative (Ref. DWCC_MKT-201704-00001)
- Providing customer service to business accounts
- Manage key accounts and building up relation with customers
- Handling inquiries from customers and maintaining close coordination with sales, product development, products, logistics, production and customers on order processing to ensure customers’ requirements are met
- Responsible for quotation, contract, prepare presentation and proposal
- Establish and maintain current and potential client database
- Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required
- DSE or diploma holder or above.
- Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Ability to multi-task and to take on additional duties where necessary
- Pleasant, outgoing, self-motivated and independent with strong sense of responsibility
- Customer-oriented, mature and with good experiences in dealing with customers’ request
- Willing to start from the most basic level in the company
- Immediate available is preferable
