Customer Service Representative (Ref. DWCC_MKT-201704-00001)

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing customer service to business accounts
  • Manage key accounts and building up relation with customers 
  • Handling inquiries from customers and maintaining close coordination with sales, product development, products, logistics, production and customers on order processing to ensure customers’ requirements are met
  • Responsible for quotation, contract, prepare presentation and proposal
  • Establish and maintain current and potential client database
  • Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required

Job Requirements

  • DSE or diploma holder or above.
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Ability to multi-task and to take on additional duties where necessary
  • Pleasant, outgoing, self-motivated and independent with strong sense of responsibility
  • Customer-oriented, mature and with good experiences in dealing with customers’ request
  • Willing to start from the most basic level in the company
  • Immediate available is preferable
