System / Network Engineer (Ref. DWCC-SNE0812)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support on network infrastructure and security products such as firewall, IPS, load balancer, SIEM, DLP, endpoint protection, WiFi, switches
• Participate in project planning and implementation
• Perform product and solution testing
• Prepare technical documentation, e.g. technical procedures, project workflow, UAT document

Job Requirements

• Degree or diploma in IT or related disciplines
• 1-5 years’ experience in network or security support
• CCNA or other networking certification preferred
• Experience with firewall or other security products
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Be able to work in a dynamic environment and work under pressure
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
