Customer Service Assistant / Officer (Ref. DWCC-CSAO11001) |
Job Responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from customers and business accounts
- Develop and maintain relationship with customers, prospects and business partners
- Participate in customer review meetings with sales/technical team when required
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for sales orders preparation
- Handle renewals on assigned product
- Prepare quotations, proposal and presentations
- Prepare sales analysis and reports
- Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required

Job Requirements
- Associate Degree or above in Business Administration or any related disciplines
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Strong time management skills
- Positive mindset and result oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
- Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Excellent customer services and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and to take on additional duties where necessary
- Customer-oriented, mature and with good experiences in dealing with customers’ request
- Confident, pleasant, well-organized and independent with strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediate available is highly preferred
