Customer Service Assistant / Officer (Ref. DWCC-CSAO11001)

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle enquiries from customers and business accounts
  • Develop and maintain relationship with customers, prospects and business partners
  • Participate in customer review meetings with sales/technical team when required
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for sales orders preparation
  • Handle renewals on assigned product
  • Prepare quotations, proposal and presentations
  • Prepare sales analysis and reports
  • Provide support on ad-hoc assignments when required

Job Requirements

  • Associate Degree or above in Business Administration or any related disciplines
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
  • Fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Strong time management skills
  • Positive mindset and result oriented with the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Self-reliant and motivated with proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Excellent customer services and communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and to take on additional duties where necessary
  • Customer-oriented, mature and with good experiences in dealing with customers’ request
  • Confident, pleasant, well-organized and independent with strong sense of responsibility
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
