Senior Security Engineer (Presales) / Security Engineer (Presales) (Ref: DWCC-SSESE0404)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform Security solution presales activities including product evaluation, product Proof-of-Concept exercise, technical demo, product presentation, POC Report formulation and RFP response, etc.
• Assist Sales Team in qualifying prospects/customers
• Work internally with Sales Team and Product Team by responding any product enquiries and enhancing product selling
• Work externally with vendors and partners to generate business opportunities, including customer meeting, marketing event and technical training.
• On the job training will be provided

Job Requirements

• Higher diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, Information System or related disciplines
• 2 years of relevant working experience in network security or network infrastructure solution
• Experience with the following technologies: Full range of L2-L7 networking technologies and protocols, stateful firewall, IDS/IPS, email security gateways, web security, VPN, SDWAN, encryption (IPsec/SSL)
• Hands-on experience on security tools like antivirus, endpoint encryption, PAM, NGFW, Anti-DDoS, WAF, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, or SIEM will be preferred
• Previous experience in installation, configuration, migration or upgrade of enterprise-grade security solutions like firewall, endpoint, wireless, mobile access and email security solutions will be an advantage
• Knowledge on product like Forcepoint, Tenable, SonicWall, Radware will be an advantage
• Willing to learn new technologies with positive attitudes
• Good communication and writing skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Less experience will be considered as Security Engineer (Presales)
